What Is Sensory Memory?

When we're talking about working memory, along to memory, we're dividing the mind into two things. And there is an argument to be made for having this sin called 'sensory memory' It's when something is done, but not completely undone - like if you open a door and it remembers that you opened it. The idea of being able to generalize from biology also to things that are not biological, in talking about them having their own memory, can help us understand how things work.
