The Importance of Real Estate

As a kid, it was really kind of building businesses and buying real estate. And so that's where my affinity for real estate came in. I wanted to figure out how to marry those two things but doing it through real estate and housing was the most natural obvious choice because of the demographic and fundamentals that are going. It's just an great place to kind of marry kind of real estate, kind of the social impact aspects and other things that we do.
