Travo: We shouldn't be surprised if we get negative situations occurring with coaches because it's a direct reflection of the quality of their training. Travo will take up a position as head of football at the Norwegian School of Sports Science. He says that many of the principles of ecological dynamics need to be applied to coach education so as to avoid some of the, you know, what we've seen emerging.
