I think that you can see all of these different justices raising really bizarre, unexpected kinds of questions. And again, you can't really pick based on your policy preference, because it's just really hard to know. In a way, it's also kind of like a case about California. I mean, our state has so much influence and power. There's a reason why this goes up to the Supreme Court and they take this case.
