Are Green Bonds Necessary?
Ameson, in may this year, issued a one billion dollar green bond to invest in electric vehicles and clean transportation. This begs the question, are these bonds necessary? And is it dettracting disposable capital away from companies that really need the cash to invest in their own climate ambitions? I think it's rega gresson as a broader question, smit, you know, propping up big companies full stock. They're loanefors, green or not green. So i'm not anti big companies issuing green bonds, if they can genuinely demonstrate and set some standards and be leaders about where that capital's being allocated. That said, we do need to er support innovation
