The Importance of a Solid Union Relationship

Swedish company has a union relationship that we take very seriously. We have always aimed for having an open and transparent dialogue with our employees. I think when union relation works the best is actually when we put a problem on the table and ask for their input early enough so they can impact in terms of finding the right solutions. It is challenging and it is very very cumbersome from time to time but if we do that right we have a good strength in the different roles.
