The Rise and Fall of David Bowie
David Bowie was a sweet soul, the only way I can describe him. For someone who's had such a profound influence culturally, not just musically, but culturally, he was a very light spirit. The first two cards I got when I went in for my bypass surgery were from David and Lou Reed. They gave me money and sign prints. And of course, they're both gone now. But yeah, David, well, I'm glad we did that book together. It was my final homage to him, if you like. Have you seen the book? I have it.
