Cabbage for Proximal LAD Disease
Cabbage is often considered for patients with multivescle CAD, particularly when it affects all three coronary vessels. Recent data from the ischemia trial did not find a survival benefit with cabbage compared to medical therapy. Cabbage is recommended form of revascularization in patients with severe ischemic cardiomyopathy.
