The Importance of Intuition in Gender Diversity

I think it's far more heretic to say that we don't have a meritocracy than to say that there is some bias in favor of men or against women. The best gender diversity intervention would be to focus on talent and not on gender. Number two is we need to learn to distrust our instincts. And the third one is I'm going to be provocative and a little bit cheeky or controversial here.
