The Importance of Culture in Sport
I think in sport culture is becoming more prominent I'm not saying that it's becoming more important because in my view those was but I look at some of the things that are on Netflix like last chance. The development of a culture in an organization and the principles of it are very similar to developing a culture in a locker room and also in a sport and organization you're says Sir Alex Ferguson.
