The Complexity of Revenue Generation

In most businesses, doubling your revenue is a much clearer path to value creation than cost cutting and risk mitigation. There's only so much cost and efficiency you can get in the system. You're not really getting paid for risk mitigation. And there's no cap or upside to your revenue growth. It's this higher reward in this, but obviously, it's more complex than just building more stuff or selling more stuff fair enough.
