How to Accept Weight Gain

When you do finally accept joy and happiness more is handed to you. Instead of focusing on what's not working or self-sabotaging, focus on the things that are going right. The one thing that really helped me get over it was truly just understanding this kind of goes back to one of the other things that I talked about but no one's really paying attention to you. It wasn't worth my energy to sit there and think about their comments all day long.
