The Early Days When You Joined Campbell
When you join Campbell, a little chaotic scenario going on there. I know some, some troubled times. Well, you know, success is a low base and we had a low base. But I think what you have to do as a leader when you go into a situation like that, you have to declare yourself. And at that point, I was pretty well anchored. So it, I had this language. I was declaring myself from day one. The other theme in that first year was expect to action. We have to deal with this right here right now.
