Is My Debt Bankruptible or Not?

If my credit cards are at 18 % variable interest rates, and my car loan is afixed at three %, i probably would choose not to do that. I'd rather have a paid off car than a paid off credit card. But this is why you have to look at your actual situation. So if worse came to worse and i were forced to declare bankruptcy, which i think is a very important aspect of financial planning.
