Work From Home During the Pandemic
During the pandemic, some employees encountered imbalance between work and personal family life. Some studies suggest women benefited more than men from these shorter work weeks which enhance their work-life balance. But if you ask me during pandemic and during work from home which was a kind of forced initiative by many organizations, the findings were contradictory and sometimes mixed.
