Sweet Home Alabama is essentially an endorsement of George Wallace. Ronnie Van Sangh's voice sounds like some Eurotrash EDM producer would use on whatever singer they hired to sing over the track. A lot of people say that that is supposed to be the band booing George Wallace because they disagree with him. When he says we all do what we could do, what do you think he's talking about? He's not talking about trying to keep this guy from becoming the governor of Alabama Because he can't fucking vote in Alabama. It's because he don't exist.
