The Sears catalog was so pervasive in the things it offered that anybody who's been in California and has gone to the Richard Nixon Presidential Museum knows that Richard Nixon's family home was ordered through the Sears catalog. You could buy a house on the Sears catalog for crying out. So it was really quite something. Now, when you think about what you can order online, the Sears catalog seems quaint and it should because that's what it is now. But look, it was the best possible answer for a period of time. Better answers came along and low and behold, Sears is now going out of business.
