CISOs - The Challenges of Distributed Models
As the roles have evolved, as the financial industry and has been kind of pushing, a lot of the frameworks are required to have someone accountable for the state of security. I've never heard the CISO rule equated to the RA. The reality is now is you really have to understand that the business you're walking into - they're all very different. Their risk appetites are different. The controls that they're willing to accept are different and their exposures are different. That's an element of in order for somebody to be really effective.
