The Cortex Review

Max Barquay: I like what you guys do, but Mike Vardy and the Cortex guys and you, it's kind of fun coming up with an inspirational word to be like a guiding North Star for a certain period of time. But in hindsight, I really don't think I do it that way. To me, the big thing with these quarterly reviews is the roles on it where I look at how am I doing as a husband, as a dad, as a Max Barquay yada yada. And then often something emerges out of that saying, well, you know, there is something happening here that kind of ties them together.
