The question doesn't arise because the word santa claus don't refer to aferson to be painted. It's only a test to say, can you paint ex who acts as a real person. So when some one asks, can god do x, you must be very careful to check that there's no contradiction. May be bury deeply implicit in x. If there's a contradiction there, then you'll have to disqualify the question. Just refuse the question.
