Good information starts with good data. On its own, you can't use data. It has to have context. That's what information is. And the better information that you have, the better decisions that people can make. I'm writing down notes as you're speaking. Data plus context equals information. Is that fair summary of that idea? Yes.

He’s worked in these domains for the last 25 years or so, and has also taught colleagues how to do these things through workshops and presentations.
