The Fire in Topanga

"I actually would have preferred that it all burned down for two reasons. One, I mean, it wasn't my house," he says of the recent fire in California. "But but it's like, Oh, good. I don't need to deal with that shit anymore." He was driving up to Big Sur to record a podcast and saw smoke coming out of Topanga Canyon. His dad died four years ago this week; his friends lost their parents as well.
