You build some capacity for joy there instead of I'm going to knit and dissociate from the knitting and listen to the podcast. Sit with it. Be with it. Let whatever wants to come up, come up because all the wisdom you're looking for is right there in those sensations. Notice where you feel the episode inside of your body. Those sensations, those expressions, that's how your body speaks to you. Spend life changing.
