The Problem With Scope Crawl in VPs
I'll bring up the iron triangle where you get the fundamental constraints of like resources, time, scope, and quality. So yeah, that seems to become problems in VPs. It is that scope creep in essence that we're putting much more in than we probably actually need to. And so I use this analogy of any feature. When we're talking about any feature idea, of course, it's a good idea. Right? There are some bad dumb feature ideas, but most of them are good. They're going to create some value. The question is which ones are going to create the most value for customers because they have limited resources.
