The Origins of Eugenics
There are two issues really. One is there were very important people who were not white men making significant contributions to the field. And also we need to have a very thoughtful conversation about eugenics, what it was, where it came from and who was involved because some of these major players were leaders in the thinking of eugenics. We're going to focus on Pearson, Fisher, Gossett, Neiman, that cluster. It might come out a little bit, but I think we should commit to talking about that more fully.
