Become Meta Aware, Watch Yourself

If we cultivate the capacity to become meta aware, watch ourselves. We assume that we put it where we want and it stays there. And then we somehow think there's something wrong with us when it gets pulled by other things such as notifications or media. So in some sense, what i'm going to say is the same answer we've been talking about all along. In some sense, it's a combination of having that executive control, set the goal and parometers, and then holding our meta awareness to monitor our ongoing activity.
