Justin: I've had a number of businesses over the years. Early on in my career I worked with Cutco when I was in college, that's how I paid for my college and I eventually got into management with Cutco. When I graduated, I interviewed around and nothing sounded like what it was that I wanted to do, I didn't sound more fun than having my own business," he says.
