You don't want people to feel like you're just taking and taking from them. You should leave time at the end of the call to ask them if they have any questions for you. And i always share my disdain with user testing as a name, because i'm, like, it that implies that you're testing people and testing users, but we're not doing that or testing e product. But then also that there's like this brand extension that comes through in research. Like, you could really deteriorate the brand sentiment if you leave an interaction through research being like, really unethical or not well facilitated.
