Is There a Dry Powder in the Sidelines?
There's still a lot of cash in this system. What we've seen is people just slam on the brakes. We're trying to look for companies that are high quality regardless of whether it was last year or this year. So we've continued to invest capital, albeit at a slower pace than last year. But that dry powder, it's good that it's sitting on the sidelines if there's not a pricing that makes sense for them.
