The first thing that we both want to see you do is set up an automation such that the credit cards get paid in full automatically every month. That's where the extra income comes in. The other thing I didn't hear about was tech shelters. If he's going to need some of this money after 59 and a half, let's put that money in a tech shelter so he avoids the friction of paying tax on any gains it makes.
