The Fabian Society has come up with its plan for a national care service. Andy Harrop, the general secretary of the Fabian Society is joining us so we can really explore some of these themes. There's something about this topic which governments have failed to grapple with. We remember the Theresa May 2017 election campaign pledge to deal with social care and it just got her into trouble. Labor have gone into elections with plans. It's a root map if you like. And on one level the timing is perfect. On the eve perhaps of a change of government with a Labour government.
