The 2018 Bear Market

The last week of 2018, 1228, is when Jerome Powell was really kind of getting his sea legs in a lot of ways. And those three weeks before the market reversed, that was just punishing selling day after day. But if you go back to that time and take a look at IBD 50, there were some interesting stocks that were showing up. This one, the RS line wasn't necessarily at new highs, but it was just acting very well.
