You want people to leave an interview process, whether they're hired or not, as a booster of the company. If you can design an interview process that's going to allow for that, i think you've got a pretty decent process going. There may be these other sort of, like simulations you can put a person through that are a microcosm of what it's actually like to work together. I just don't think we've explored that territory as an industry very well, because we got so kind of entrenched in thesump with algorithms and recitations out of your c s degree.
