The US Government Is Doing Everything It Can to Screw Things Up for Regular People
Voyager's bankruptcy and especially its deal with Binance US have been rocky to say the least. The SEC filed a complaint, a very vague complaint, suggesting that if the deal went through, there was a chance it might lead to an unregistered securities offering. And for this reason, the judge in the case was perplexed and perturbed. He overruled the objection, effectively saying we're not going to hold up resolution of this issue.
