i am a person with a very complex history of trauma. And yet, i find that i don't always want to have a head up for what i'm about to watch. Sometimes i do want to be completely emotionally blind sided in order to emotionally experience what i'm watching. Um, however, obviously there's certain topics we really want to avoid. You get to kind of like choose your own adventure of whether you want a content warning or not.
