The Disparity Between Open Source and Open Source
I've been thinking about this a little bit like the early days of cloud, right? There were still a lot of opportunities to build really big businesses on top of the substrate of the cloud vendors as it came on the scene. So is the question like, could open source catch up to this? I think that's kind of what we're seeing. Even if you have the alpaca model, for instance, or lama model and you can run it, I think we will actually see, you know, kind of slight counterpoint to that. These models will get smaller and smaller with GPT 4.5 being one example.
