The Importance of a Cloud Practice Management System

If you are 100 employee or less firm, which is most of the people that engage with this podcast, start with a cloud practice management system. Are they investing in AI? Like that's a really fair question to ask and how. A really hard thing about like the current state of software in this space is who controls the client experience. And honestly, I'd be surprised long term if they didn't kind of like back into more of the traditional practice management type things.
