The Price of Student Loan Debt
Donna Brazile: $39 billion worth of student loan debt is a far cry from estimates up to $600 billion. She says the income-driven repayment system needs reform, it was inefficient and difficult to use. Brazile: If we're going to have that kind of program to help borrowers, it has to keep track of what they're paying.
