The Dane's Symbolism
There's a pretty big age difference between the other brothers too, right? Yes. And they were clearly the closest. The friendliest to each other. That may have been part of what drove him to leave now that his favorite brother is gone and it's only him and Ariane. It also allows them to be closer to Dorne, which they have dane heritage. So anytime the name dane gets mentioned, a lot of times people perk up a little and go, huh?
