Positive and Negative Energy Sources
When you are running on fumes of anxiety and tension, ou it eventually leads to burn out. You know what it's like to just stay in a sustained place of anxiety? It's exhausting. So let us take a look at the positive energy sources. What are examples of positive emotions? Citement, creativity, bliss, joy, fascination, wonder, awe. How about peace? How about contentedness? Right? How about just happiness? Gratitude, again, on this spectrum. And there's thousands of different feelings and experiences along this positive energy spectrum that also have different textures of energy. One of the training strategies to look for what's positive is a gratitude practice.
