I think it's a similar thing to the way how we dealt with food, because it becomes so deeply entrenched. I did a documentary film a couple years ago called poverty, Inc. And one of the things you see in poverty, Inc., is people have good intentions but they're given foreign aid by corporations and governments who are benefiting from it even if it doesn't actually help the poor. We don't really step back and say, why did the disease occur in the first place? And what could we be doing better to prevent it?
