The Benefits of Vasopressin in Sepsis

The Octreotide dose would be a 50 mic bolus and then followed by 50 mics per hour. We think usually vasopressin is a secondary unit in sepsis, but the dosage and the indication here is a little bit different because of Vasopressin's action on the mesenteric artery. Do you all find vasopressins being a regular therapy that you're using? I don't. No, I don't see it employed first line.
