I grew up in the 80s with a 1960 World Book Encyclopedia that was out of date by 25, 30 years. I remember looking at what changed and what didn't change. Technology is this unstable shape that's changing super rapidly. My parents jobs were one of the first waves of blue collar automation in the television industry.
