Is the Exchange Guaranteed?
It's not a like the regular crude oil futures or something like that. It is in terms of how it clears out. The whole point of using the exchange is if you then default as a company and you can't honor the financial difference from where you bought it and where you sold it, they guarantee it. But this is transition now on to the exchanges so that you can more frequently trade and there's more transparency because that these trades, they're, they're reported and people see the price and the volume done these days.
