The Constraints That Approach From a Way Finding Perspective
differential learning is a way finding from or constraints that approach a little bit more goal directedwer. So in spiking in volub can you spike, you know, with one arm tied behind your back, so you just using one? Or can you, can you spike with no or with a net height being slightly higher or lower - it's completely different. Neither are better than the other, but they are different things. And then what would you suggest if you have an athlete that isn't exploring? Maybe they're resistant because they've come from a programme and a coach where he directs everything. How would you first introduce this concept and get them to be more creative?
