Do You Go for a Run?
Do you have to go for a full length run? Can you split the difference? You know, ti about finding compromise. No training cycle as can be perfect. There's no such thing as a perfect execution. If you had scheduled an hour for your run, maybe go for half our run instead. And then you can get a little bit of cleaning in so you don't feel totally guilty later on. It might sound hard in the moment, but i promise you, after you try that and practise that a few times, it will get more comfortable.
