The consistency piece I feel like is absolutely critical. One thing that always stands out to me is how easy it is to get away from that and how quickly you can default to making decisions based on your own assumptions. Having this as a first principle thing to revisit when you're making those decisions so that you're more consistently talking about those things. It also has helped us build an operating rhythm around that we have a really heavy culture around dogfooding. Nothing goes out in production before it gets dogfooded internally by the team by the company. Even after it goes out to users we have a channel for the important features to make sure that we can get quick feedback, triage it address
