Having a Flom Meeting With a Partner
The system evolved from the fact that she realized she was helping run the operations of a business but her family life was feeling chaotic. She writes i had all the skills to run a household yet i wasn't using them effectively. I see our flom meeting as the transition from a small business owner mentality to a real partnership we set ourselves up for success support our people and hope that intentionally approaching our lives will help make them more fulfilling and enjoyable oh my gosh i'm just so impressed at how she's taken some of my ideas and really molded them to systems that work so well from her family.
