Warming blankets are okay for those patients who are above 32 if you wanted something extra. Warm, humidified oxygen going through an ET tube could get about a degree and a half hour from warmed, humidified Oxygen. The Arctic Sun-type blankets are probably more effective though I've seen no data on it for the accidental hypothermia patients but they're expensive.
