There is a shortage of new homes being built in Asheville, North Carolina. People are holding on to their homes and buyers are fighting over the few homes that are available. A lack of inventory means other buyers might still have to wait a long time to find a home. Next week, we go to the UK to hear from a pair of unlikely roommates about something called home sharing.
